Pirotski "Tigar", izvoznik godine
Izvozom od 92,6 odsto proizvoda, povećanjem zaposlenih i investicija u proizvodnju, kompanija "Tigar tajers" u Pirotu zaslužila nagradu Siepe i proglašana izvoznikom godine. Nagrađeno još šest malih i srednjih preduzeća.

Kompanija "Tigar tajers" u Pirotu dobila je nagradu Agencije za strana ulaganja i promociju izvoza (SIEPA) za izvoznika godine, jer je na inostranom tržištu prodala 92,6 odsto proizvoda, povećala broj zaposlenih i investirala u proizvodnju. Za najbolji izvozni proizvod nagrađena je kompanija "Aling-konel" u Bačkoj Palanci za program instalacionih sklopki, priključnica i razvodnih kutija.

Kompanija "Kvadra grafik" u Beogradu dobila je nagradu Siepe za osvajanje novog tržišta karticama za mobilne operatere.

Nauspešniji izvoznik među malim i srednjim preduzećima jeste proizvođač nameštaja "Kolarević" u Pojatama. Ta firma je 90 odsto prozivodnje izvezla u Nemačku, Austriju i Španiju.

Specijalna nagrada u kategoriji malih i srednjih preduzeća pripala je kompaniji "Ajskrim faktori" u Novoj Pazovi, za izvoz sladoleda u Rusiju i preduzeću "FSO Goša" u Simićevu, za uspešan izvoz auto-mešalica za beton u SAD, Nemačku, Brazil, Belgiju i Indiju.

Siepa je prvi put dodelila nagradu za društveno odgovorno poslovanje koju je zaslužila kompanija "Amiga" u Kraljevu, jer je 830.000 dinara izdvojila za razne humanitarne svrhe i sanaciju posledica zemljotresa u tom gradu, angažovanjem mehanizacije i radnika.

Najboljim firmama dodeljene su i vredne novčane nagrade i donacije za podsticaj, jer neke od njih već imaju izvozne narudžbine za naredne dve godine.

Nagrade je uručio premijer Mirko Cvetković.


CMEC obnavlja Kostolac B
Kineska mašinsko-energetska kompanija CMEC i Termoelektrane i kopovi Kostolac potpisaće ugovor o revitalizaciji dva bloka termoelektrane "Kostolac B".

Ugovor je vredan 344 miliona dolara, a njime je predviđena i izgradnja sistema odsumporavanja za blokove 1 i 2 u toj elektrani.

Kako je najavilo Ministarstvo energetike Srbije, rok za završetak posla je 30 meseci od obezbeđivanja zajma.

Prilikom potpisivanja predugovra, rečeno je da će se projekat finansirati kreditom kineske Eksim banke u iznosu od 85 %, što je 1,06 milijardi dolara, a preostalih 15 % sredstava obezbediće Elektro privreda Srbije i TE Kostolac.

Saradnja Kine i Srbije u obnovi TE-KO Kostolac deo je međudržavnog sporazuma potpisanog u avgustu 2009. godine u Pekingu, tokom posete najviše državne delegacije Srbije.


Tigar ostaje na A listingu berze
Komisija za listing i kotaciju Beogradske berze konstatovala je da je pirotsko preduzeće Tigar [TIGR] ispunilo traženi nivo tržišne likvidnosti.To znači da Tigar ostaje na A listingu srpskog tržišta kapitala.

Kompaniji je 5. novembra dat rok od mesec dana da ispuni nivo tržišne likvidnosti akcija izdavaoca primljenih na Prajm market Berze.

Pravilnikom o listingu utvrđeno je da prosečan dnevni promet u trgovini akcijama sa A listinga ne bude manji od 500.000 dinara uz najmanje pet transkacija dnevno u proseku i to tokom šest meseci koji prethode roku utvrđenom za obezbeđenje ispunjenosti uslova.

Komisija za listing bi, da Tigar nije uspeo da obezbedi traženu likvidnost, akcije te pirotske kompanije uputila sa A na listing B, odnosno Standard market.

Na Beogradskoj berzi akcija Tigra trenutno košta 682 dinara prema maksimalnih u poslednjih godinu dana 853 dinara iz aprila i minimalnih 524 dinara iz oktobra.

Tržišna kapitalizacija proizvodjača obuće, tehničke gume i hemijskih proizvoda, prema sadašnjoj ceni na Berzi, nešto je veća od 1,2 milijarde dinara.


Tigar Tyers best exporter in 2010 - SIEPA granted awards
Pirot-based Tigar Tyers has won the award of the Investment and Export Promotion Agency of Serbia (SIEPA) for the exporter of the year because it sold 92.6% of products in foreign markets, increased the number of employees and invested in the production.

Tigar Tyers is 100% owned by Michelin and, as Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic explained, it is "a successful example of foreign investment that contributes to the growth of Serbia's export".

The award for the export export product has been granted to Aling-Conel from Backa Palanka for the product range of installation fittings, connections and switch boxes.

Belgrade-based Quadra Graphic has won the SIEPA award for conquering a new market with the cards for mobile operators.

The most successful exporter among small and mid-sized enterprises is furniture manufacturer Kolarevic from Cicevac. That company exported 90% of production to Germany, Austria and Spain.

Special award in the category of small and mid-sized enterprises has been presented to Ice Cream Factory from Nova Pazova for the export of ice cream to Russia and Simicevo-based FSO Gosa for the successful sales of concrete mixer trucks in the markets of the USA, Germany, Brazil, Belgium and India.

SIEPA has for the first time granted the award for socially responsible operations. This award has been won by Kraljevo-based Amiga because it set aside 830,000 dinars for various charities and refurbishment of consequences of the earthquake in that city by hiring machines and workers.

Sponsors of this year's SIEPA Awards - Eurobank EFG and Belgrade-based DHL International, have presented a cheque for EUR 15,000 to Koralerevic company for the export promotion and a cheque for EUR 10,000 to Quadra Graphic for freight-forwarding services, respectively.

Marketing company Orange Studio has sponsored Aling-Conel by preparing a promotional marketing campaign worth 10,000 euros, while SIEPA has provided a training for the employees of Amiga.


Chinese CMEC and TE KO Kostolac to sign agreement worth 344.63 million dollars on December 8
Chinese CMEC and TE KO Kostolac will sign tomorrow in the Government of Serbia an agreement on implementation of the first phase of the project of Kostolac B Steam Power Plant, worth 344.63 million dollars.

As the people at the Electric Power Company of Serbia (EPS) announced, the agreement envisages revitalization of the blocks 1 and 2 in Kostolac B, construction of a desulfurization system for these units, as well as construction of a river port and railway. The deadline for completion of all works is 30 months from the day the agreement is signed and the loan is provided.

Implementation of the project is of crucial importance for revitalization of the two blocks of 350 MW, which should extend the life of the power plant for a further ten years.

Upon the signing of the agreement, the Government of Serbia should negotiate with Chinese Exim Bank on the loan for implementation of the first phase of this project.


Tigar remains on Listing A of the Belgrade Stock Exchange
The Listing and Quotation Committee of the Belgrade Stock Exchange stated today that Pirot-based Tigar had met the criteria of market liquidity, meaning that it would stay on listing A of the Serbian capital market.

Tigar was given a period of one month, starting from November 5, to provide the level of market liquidity for the shares admitted to listing A - Prime Market of the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

It has been determined that, in the period June 7 - December 6, 2010, the average daily value of turnover in trading in Tigar's shares amounted to RSD 505,952, while the average number of daily transactions was 5.5.

The Listing Rules prescribes that the average daily turnover in trading in the shares from listing A must not be less than RSD 500,000, with at least five transactions per day on average, over the period of six months leading to the deadline for fulfillment of liquidity requirements.

In case Tigar had failed to provide the level of market liquidity for its shares, the Listing Committee would have redirected the shares of that company to listing B - Standard Market.

Tigar's shares currently cost RSD 682. Their maximum price over the last year amounted to RSD 853 and was reached in April 2010, while the minimum price of RSD 524 was registered in October 2010.

At the moment, the value of market capitalization of the Pirot-based manufacturer of footwear, technical tires and chemical products is somewhat bigger than RSD 1.2 billion.
