EU daje 200 miliona evra za popunjavanje budžeta
Potpredsednik Vlade Srbije za evropske integracije Božidar Đelić potpisao je juče u Briselu s komesarom Evropske unije za ekonomiju i monetarna pitanja Olijem Renom Sporazum o makrofinansijskoj pomoći Srbiji u vrednosti 200 miliona evra. Upravo potpisani sporazum „predstavlja konkretan dokaz političke i ekonomske podrške koju EU pruža našoj zemlji“, rekao je Đelić novinarima nakon potpisivanja i naglasio da ovakav aranžman Srbiji obezbeđuje uštedu od 30 miliona evra.
Potpredsednik Vlade je objasnio da je Srbija zahvaljujući ovom sporazumu dobila iste uslove na tržištu kapitala kao i EU, što znači rok otplate od osam godina s kamatom od jedan odsto godišnje. „EU pozajmljuje novac na tržištu kapitala i dostavlja ga Srbiji pod istim uslovima pod kojim ga je i dobila“, rekao je Đelić. On je precizirao da se radi o dve tranše od po stotinu miliona evra od kojih će prva biti dostupna Srbiji čim bude usvojen zakon o fiskalnoj odgovornosti, što bi se moglo desiti već krajem meseca, a najkasnije u septembru. Druga tranša usledila bi, prema njegovim rečima, tri do četiri meseca kasnije. Đelić je ukazao na još jednu prednost ovog aranžmana sa EU, a to je da država dobijena sredstva može potrošiti onako kako proceni, odnosno kako poslanici u Skupštini ocene da treba.


Agreement signed on EU's loan of 200 million euros for Serbian budget
Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Bozidar Djelic and EU Commissioner for Economic and Monetary Policy Olli Rehn signed an agreement today (July 5, 2010) on macro financial assistance to Serbia in the amount of €200 million.

Djelic and Rhen observed that this loan agreement is proof of the political and economic support of the EU to Serbia.

The EU will borrow money for the loan to Serbia on the financial market on the most favourable terms.

Djelic said that the repayment period for the loan will be eight years with an annual interest rate of about 1%, noting that if Serbia had taken a direct loan it would have cost about €30 million more.

The EU’s loan will be disbursed in two equal tranches, the first of which is expected this summer or in September, he confirmed.

The condition for obtaining this loan is that the Serbian government adopts the law on fiscal responsibility by the end of July and thus limits budgetary expenditure.

The second tranche of the loan should be released by the end of the year.

Djelic noted that this loan arrangement with the EU is fully adjusted to Serbia’s needs.


Beogradski "Montinvest" gradi stambeni kompleks površine 45.500 m2 u gradskoj zoni Moskve
Beogradski "Montinvest" na tržištu Rusije angažovan je trenutno na izgradnji objekata visoke spratnosti, a posebno se izdvajaju tri značajne lokacije u užoj gradskoj zoni Moskve, izjavio je zamenik direktora te kompanije Aleksandar Cvetković.

On je rekao da je tržište Ruske Federacije strateško opredeljenje "Montinvesta" i dodao da je težište aktivnosti te srpske kompanije izgradnja stambenih i stambeno-poslovnih objekata.

- Gradimo stambeni kompleks površine 45.500 kvadratnih metara na Mičurinskom prospektu u Moskvi, za klijenta ZAO "Lipeckstroi" iz Lipecka, ukupne vrednosti oko 22 mil EUR. Taj kompleks ima četriri spratne sekcije, sa nestambenim prvim spratom i podzemnim parking prostorom. Naš obim radova obuhvatio je izgradnju kompletnih objekata po sistemu "ključ u ruke" do nivoa takozvane "sive faze" po stanovima - rekao je Cvetković koji je i direktor predstavništva "Montinvesta" u Moskvi.

Prema njegovim rečima, "Montinvest" je bio angažovan i na izgradnji zgrade površine 26.000 kvadrata u kvartu Rubljovski šose, u ruskoj prestonici. Vrednost te investicije je oko 25 mil USD.

Belgrade-based Montinvest is currently working on construction of high buildings in Russia, and the three most significant building sites are in the city core of Moscow - said the company's Deputy Director Aleksandar Cvetković.

He said that the market of Russian Federation was the strategic choice of Montinvest and added that the focus of activities of that Serbian company was on construction of residential and residential-business facilities.

- We are building a residential complex at 45,500 square meters on Michurinsk Prospekt in Moscow for client ZAO Lipeckstroi from Lipeck, and total value of the project is about 22 million euros. That complex comprises four sections with non-residential first floor and underground parking lot. Our works include construction of complete facilities by the "turn key" principle to the level of so-called "gray phase" in apartments - said Cvetkovic who is also the Director of Montinvest's branch office in Moscow.

According to him, Montinvest was also hired to build a building at 26,000 square meters in Rublevskoe Shosse quarter in Russian capital city. The value of that investment is about 25 million dollars.
