Telekom Srbija generates profit of RSD 9,9 billion in the first half of 2014
In the first half of 2014, Telekom Srbija had 7,9 million users or 114.000 more than in the same period last year and generated net profit totals RSD 9,9 billion which is 2,2 billion more than in the same period 2013.

As it was said for Tanjug, the company is planning and will provide funds that, if statutory authorities accept that suggestion, pays RSD 9,6 billion from profit as dividends. A total of RSD 7 billion of which would be paid to the republic budget and 2,6 to other small shareholders.

They say that fixed telephony is the only segment where user number decreased which is a trend when it comes to other operators in Europe as well.

When it comes to business financial indicators, in the January-June 2014 period, Telekom Srbija generated net profit of RSD 9,9 billion which is RSD 2,2 billion , more than in the same period 2013. For the January-June 2014 period, business income totals RSD 43,2 billion.


"Putevi Užice" grade "Srce prestonice" u Rusiji - Ugovoreni radovi vredni oko 250 mil USD
Užički "Putevi" u Moskvi ugovorili građevinske poslove, u startu vredne 250 mil USD. U ovoj, prvoj fazi, "Putevi Užice" će izgraditi 250.000 kvadratnih metara stambenog prostora kompleksa nazvanog "Srce prestonice".

Uz već započetu izgradnju inovacionog centra u Skolkovu, ovo je drugi veliki posao u prestonici Ruske federacije, na kome će biti ukupno angažovano oko 3.000 ljudi.

Očekuje se da će posao nastaviti i u sledeće dve faze, čime bi ukupna vrednost radova dostigla 800.000.000 dolara.

Generalna direktorka "Dom-Stroj Investa" Alena Viktorovna Derjabina kaže da je za tu kompaniju ovo jedan od najvećih projekata.

- Zato nam je bilo važno da izaberemo glavnog izvođača koji ima izuzetne profesionalne kvalitete i iskustvo u izvođenju ovako zahtevnih poslova - navodi Derjabina.

Zamenik generalnog direktora Andrej Viktorovič Bagaev je uveren da su ovim poslom dodatno ojačani temelji prijateljstva između srpskog i ruskog naroda.

- Dobrodošli u Rusiju - poručio je Bagaev na srpskom jeziku.

Ugovoreni radovi trebalo bi da budu završeni do sredine 2017. a čitav kompleks do 2022. godine.

Predsednik kompanije "Putevi Užice" Vasilije Mićić kaže da je sada "sve u našim rukama".

- Treba da uradimo na vreme, kvalitetno, i na opšte zadovoljstvo našeg investitora. Nadam se da će tako i biti - istakao je Mićić.

Angažovanje užičkih "Puteva" otvara mogućnost nastupa i drugim srpskim firmama na ovom tržištu, jer će u ovom poslu "Putevi" angažovati i proizvođače građevinskog materijala, keramike, drvne industrije...

Srpski građevinci u prestonici Rusije već grade i Inovacioni centar "Skolkovo", takozvanu rusku silicijumsku dolinu, što uz upravo ugovoreni posao znači angažovanje građevinske operative i naredne tri godine.


"Impol Seval" prodaje zemljište na Zlatiboru
Valjaonica bakra "Impol Seval" iz Sevojna prodaje 10.272 m2 zemljišta na Zlatiboru.

U pitanju je parcela koja je sada livada, delom i šuma, a koja se nalazi u naselju Kamalj, ispod hotela "President".

Početna cena ove nepokretnosti je 2,2 mil EUR.

Komisijsko otvaranje ponuda biće 27. oktobra 2014. godine.


Impol Seval sells land in Zlatibor
Copper rolling plant, Impol Seval from Sevojno is selling 10.272 m2 of land in Zlatibor.

It is a lot which is a meadow, partially a wood, located at the Kamalj settlement, below the President hotel.

The initial real estate price is EUR 2,2 m.


Commission opening will be October 27, 2014.


Putevi Uzice builds "Heart of capital” in Russia – Contracted works total USD 250 m
Uzice-based Putevi in Moscow contracted construction works, totaling USD 250 m for a start. In this first stage, Putevi Uzice will build 250.000 m2 of residential space of the complex called “the heart of capital”.

With already started construction of the Skolkov innovation center, this is the second big work at the capital of the Russian Federation where a total of 3000 people will be engaged.

It is expected the work will continue in three stages where the total works value would reach USD 800.000.000.

GM at Dom-Stroj Invest, Alena Viktorovna Derjabina, says that for that company, this is one of the biggest projects.


Deputy GM, Andrey Viktorovich Bagaev, is sure that this business additionally strengthened friendship between Serbian and Russian people.


- Welcome to Russia - Bagaev said in Serbian.

The contracted works should end by mid-2017 and the entire complex until 2022.

President of Putevi Uzice, Vasilije Micic, says that now "it’s all up to us".

- We should do it on time, quality and upon our investors’ general satisfaction. I hope it will be this way – Micic outlined.

Hiring Uzice-basede Putevi opens possibilities to other Serbian companies to penetrate this market because in this business Putevi will engage producers of construction material, ceramics, wood industry, etc.

Serbian construction workers have already been building Skolkovo innovation center in Russia, so-called Russian silicon valley which, with the contracted work, means hiring of construction operations in the next three years.
