AIK postaje većinski vlasnik Gorenjske banke?
Vlasnici Gorenjske banke izabrali su za kupca 55% udela u toj banci srpsku AIK banku, nezvanično saznaje slovenačko Delo.

AIK već drži više od 20% udela u Gorenjskoj banci, a krajem februara ove godine od Banke Slovenije dobila je dozvolu za sticanje većinskog udela.

Kostićeva AIK banka ponudila je 280 EUR za deonicu Gorenjske banke, dok je američki finansijski fond Apollo Global Management, koji je već vlasnik Nove KBM, ponudio 235 EUR. AIK banka je početkom decembra povisila cenu za akcije Gorenjske banke na 298 EUR.

Gorenjska banka je u prvih devet meseci 2017. ostvarila 10,4 mlrd EUR bruto dobiti iz poslovanja, što je 8% više nego u istom razdoblju prošle godine. Banka sada ima tržišni udeo od 4,6%.


Slovenska Ilirika preuzela beogradski Wisebroker
Slovenska brokerska kuća Ilirika preuzela je beogradsku brokersku kuću Wisebroker, jednu od najstarijih i najvećih berzanskih kompanija u Srbiji, piše slovenačko Delo.

Kako je Delu objasnio prvi čovek Ilirike, Igor Stemberger, Wisebroker ima oko 12.000 klijenata i upravlja sa portfeljom od oko 10 mil EUR.

U tekstu je navedeno i da je Wisebroker osnovan 2000. godine pod imenom Senzal. Bila je to jedna od najvećih i najuspešnijih berzanskih kuća. Kasnije ju je preuzela belgijska banka KBC, te je u vreme finansijske krize ponudila na otkup rukovodstvu kompanije. Kompanija ima sedam zaposlenih i svi će preći pod okrilje Ilirike.

Koliko je ova transakcija koštala, nije poznato.

Ilirika je na tržištu od 1995. godine i najstarija je brokerska kuća u Sloveniji, dodaje se. Preduzeće ima oko 20.000 klijenata a za nju brine oko 50 finansijskih stručnjaka. Filijale ima na hrvatskom, srpskom i makedonskom tržištu.


AIK to become majority owner of Gorenjska Banka?
The owners of Gorenjska Banka have chosen the buyer of a 55% share in the bank, the Serbian AIK Bank, Slovenia"s Delo learns unofficially.

AIK already owns more than a 20% share in Gorenjska Banka, and, in late February 2017, it got a permit from the Bank of Slovenia to acquire a majority share.

Kostic"s AIK Bank offered EUR 280 for a Gorenjska Banka share, whereas the American fund Apollo Global Management, which already owns Nova KMB, offered EUR 235. In early December AIK Bank raised the offer to EUR 298.

In the first nine months of 2017, Gorenjska Banka had a gross operating profit of EUR 10.4 billion, 8% more than in the corresponding period of 2016. The bank now has a market share of 4.6%.


Slovenia"s Ilirika acquires Belgrade"s Wisebroker
The Slovenian broker company Ilirika has acquired the Belgrade-based broker company Wisebroker, one of the oldest and biggest companies of its type in Serbia, Slovenia"s Delo reports.

As Igor Stemberger, the head of Ilirika, told Delo, Wisebroker has around 12,000 clients and manages a portfolio of around EUR 10 million.

A notice to clients published by Wisebroker states that the company"s Assembly has adopted the Decision on termination of the investment services of Broker-dealer company "Wise broker" a.d. Belgrade, on December 27, 2017.

– The Company will fulfill regular operations and obligations towards clients and the provision of its services until December 27, 2017, after which clients" accounts will be transferred to Ilirika investments and employees will become part of their team – it is specified.

As Delo report, Wisebroker was formed in 2000 as Senzal. It was one of the biggest and most successful broker companies. It was later acquired by the Belgian bank KBC, which offered to the management of the company to buy it out during the financial crisis. The company has seven employees and they are all to be transferred to Ilirika.

It is not known what the value of the transaction is.

Ilirika has been present in the market since 1995 and is the oldest broker company in Slovenia, it is added. The company has around 20,000 clients and around 50 financial experts. It has offices in the markets of Croatia, Serbia and Macedonia.
