Nemačka kancelarka Angela Merkel smatra da je, nakon uspešno sprovedenih programa pomoći nekim zemljama članicama vrozone, neophodna dalja reforma monetarne unije kako bi se moguće krize u budućnosti suzbile u samom začetku.

U današnjem obraćanju u nemačkom parlamentu, uoči odlaska u Brisel na samit lidera Evropske unije koji će se, između ostalog, baviti i pitanjem reforme evrozone, Merkelova je poručila da u zoni jedinstvene valute svi moraju da se pridržavaju pravila i da neće biti savezništva u dugu, prenosi Rojters.

Skupština Nove ljubljanske banke (NLB), koja je u 100% vlasništvu slovenačke države, odlučila je da će celokupna bilansna dobit banke od 270,6 mil EUR, a koja uključuje i 189,1 mil EUR prošlogodišnjeg neto dobitka, ostati za sada neraspoređena.

Banka je rekordan profit planirala za isplatu dividende državi, ali je Evropska centralna banka (ECB) naredila da se za isplatu dividende mora pribaviti njena prethodna saglasnost, koju joj za sada nije dala.

ECB se na ovakav korak odlučila zbog rizika od postupka protiv Ljubljanske banke zbog prenesenih deviznih depozita hrvatskih štediša, mada u Sloveniji to tumače i kao element pritiska nakon prošlogodišnje odluke slovenačke Vlade da ne proda najmanje polovinu banke.

Akumulirana dobit NLB-a na kraju 2017. iznosila je 270,6 mil EUR, a uključuje neto dobit za 2017. od 189,1 mil EUR. Skupština NLB-a je odlučila da bilansna dobit u celini ostaje neraspoređena i predstavlja zadržanu dobit.

Dividenda bi se, međutim, mogla ubrzo isplatiti jer će slovenačka Vlada, prema najavama, u narednim sedmicama doneti odluku o prodaji NLB-a, kao i o osiguranju imovine u postupku protiv hrvatskih štediša.

Nakon sastanka u utorak, 26. juna, parlamentarnih stranaka i odlazećeg premijera Mire Cerara, ministarka finansija Mateja Vraničar Erman rekla je da će njeno ministarstvo naredne sedmice Vladi predložiti konačnu verziju modifikovanih obaveza u slučaju prodaje NLB-a i pratećih kompenzacijskih mera.

The meeting was also attended by the director of the Development Agency of Vojvodina, Nikola Zezelj, representatives of the Provincial Secretariat for Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry and the Assembly of the AP of Vojvodina, as well as Douglas J. Roth, the Director of Financial Reporting at Do it Best. He pointed to a great interest among American investors in the possibilities and needs of establishing offices of companies belonging to the corporations chain.

It primarily cooperates with religious and educational institutions, as well as the enterprise sector, providing insurance services for over 150,000 clients throughout the USA, with a tendency of being present in world markets as well. The companys chairman, Mark Robinson, emphasized the importance of exchanging experiences and information influencing the negotiations and the business policies of all parties interested in investing in Vojvodina.

Representatives of American companies operating in the industries of food and cosmetics were especially interested in the field of beekeeping in Vojvodina, considering the growing problem in the USA concerning the obvious drop in the number of bee colonies. The sharing of knowledge of experienced beekeepers from Serbia and Vojvodina, as well as the beekeeping cluster, is the first step in the cooperation in creating an exporting policy within this important sector.

Djokovic emphasized that the cooperation with potential partners from the USA, in all fields and on all levels, was of extreme importance to the enhancement of the business climate, the agricultural sector and the field of entrepreneurship.

The pioneering endeavor of the Provincial Secretariat for Economy and Tourism related to incentives meant for creative economy and social entrepreneurship was also presented on this occasion. These incentives stimulate innovation and socially responsible conduct in business, and theres already a great interest in them.
