Otvorena ponuda - ovoliko Al Dahra nudi za PKB
Srpski ogranak arapske kompanije Al Dahra ponudio je za kupovinu PKB-a 105,05 miliona evra.

To je saopšteno na otvaranju finansijskog dela ponude.

Rok za dostavljanje ponuda za kupovinu imovine PKB po početnoj ceni od 104,5 miliona evra istekao je u ponedeljak 10. septembra.

Ministarstvu privrede će tenderska komisija predložiti da Al Dahru proglasi kupcem PKB-a i da sa tom kompanijom bude potpisan kuporodajni ugovor.

U Ministarstvu privrede juče je otvoren glavni koverat za privatizaciju PKB koji je dostavila Al Dahra i utvrđeno je da je dostavljena dokumentacija u skladu s uslovima tendera.

U predviđenom roku, do 10. septembra, privatizacionu dokumentaciju su otkupile dve kompanije, a prijavu za učešće u postupku privatizacije PKB dostavila je samo Al Dahra Srbija, čija je matična kompanija iz Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata.

Na prodaju je ponuđeno 16.785 hektara zemljišta PKB-a na Paliluli, u Surčinu i Zrenjaninu, kao i stoka, objekti, oprema, rezervni delovi. Ponuđena je i imovina zavisnih društava - Ekolaba, Instituta PKB Agroekonomik i Veterinarske stanice PKB. Na prodaju su ponuđene i dve parcele gradskog građevinskog zemljišta u Borči od 1,8 hektara i 1,2 hektara, po početnoj minimalnoj ceni od 939.113 evra, odnosno 284.000 evra. Procenjena vrednost zemljišta, građevinskih objekata i opreme je 208,5 miliona evra, udela od 29 odsto kapitala Ekolaba u vlasništvu Akcionarskog fonda 214.700 evra, a 45,77 odsto Instituta PKB Agroekonomik 431.300 evra. Vrednost stada je 17,3 miliona evra, ali taj iznos nije ušao u početnu cenu.

Cena stada biće utvrđena prema propisu neposredno pre uvođenja kupca u posed i iznosiće 100 odsto procenjene vrednosti stada na dan popisa. Početna cena na javnom nadmetanju je polovina procenjene vrednosti zemljišta i kapitala Republike Srbije i Akcionarskog fonda u Ekolabu, Agroekonomiji i Institutu PKB.

Po podacima Samostalnog sindikata PKB-a, imovinu preduzeća čini oko 17.000 hektara poljoprivrednog zemljišta, oko 70 kilometara kanalske mreže za navodnjavanje, oko 17.000 grla stoke, i druga nepokretna imovina i mehanizacija. PKB ima oko 1.700 radnika kojima su, kako tvrde u sindikatu, obećane otpremnine od 450 evra po godini staža.


Oglašena prodaja 70% kapitala Hidrotehnike-Hidroenergetike iz Beograda
Ministarstvo privrede Srbije objavilo je danas tender za prodaju 70% kapitala beogradskog preduzeća Hidrotehnika-hidroenergetika po početnoj ceni od 966.945 EUR.

Početna cena je 50% procenjene vrednosti ponuđenog kapitala preduzeća koje se bavi projektovanjem i izgradnjom svih vrsta energetskih i hidroobjekata i objekata visokogradnje.

Rok za podnošenje prijava za učešće na tenderu je 12. oktobar a otvaranje ponuda je 15. oktobra.

Pravo učešča na tenderu imaju firme čija je pretežna delatnost izgradnja hidro-tehničkih objekata ili izgradnja cevovoda, električnih i komunikacionih vodova i to u poslednje tri godine u kontinuitetu, kao i da su imale godišnji prihod od najmanje 20 mil EUR.

The company carried out its first investments round in2011 and has so far funded projects from 8 different areas across Europe which resulted in EUR 3 billion from the projected sales, the company reminded in an official release.

The funds are directed towards small and medium-sized enterprises with proven technological concept that will transform the future of energy in Europe. On top of funding, InnoEnergy offers applicants a trusted and proven, collaborative innovation platform and access to an energy innovation ecosystem of more than 385 industry partners from across the mix of sustainable energy solutions.

All businesses that apply by October 4 must already have developed technology, that is, they must have a developed product prototype because it is a large-scale investments.

Serial production in Leoni plant in Kraljevo to start by the end of 2019
German company Leoni AG that already has plants in Nis, Prokuplje and Boljevac is currently building its biggest factory yet in Ratarsko Imanje in Kraljevo. The Mayor of Kraljevo, Predrag Terzic and Leoni Managing Director Clemens Sachs visited the construction on Wednesday.

– This is a huge step for this entire area. We received immense support for eh construction of our factory which should employ around 5,000 in the next few years, Sachs said.

According to him, the first 13 workers have already been hired and started their training while the employee election continues.

– The contract with our buyers states that the first samples, that is, prototypes will be manufactured in the new factory at the beginning of February 2019 whereas we expect to begin serial production by the end of 2019 or at the start of 2020.

Leoni plant complex in Kraljevo which will manufacture installations and cables for automotive industry covers the area of 45,000 m2 and the investment is worth a total of EUR 60 million.

– The employment process will roll out in phases and by the end of the year we will hire 150 workers. Withstanding the project and the contracts with buyers we plan to increase the number of our workers to about 5,000 by 2023, Sachs pointed out.
The Mayor of Kraljevo reminded that after four decades Kraljevo would get a big factory.


Arriva Group appoints new managing director - Aim is to grow companys presence and innovation
Arriva Group has announced the appointment of the new managing director who will be responsible for its operations in several countries, including Serbia, the company website states.
The appointed Liz Benison has a significant experience and is due to join Arriva’s management board on September 17, 2018 . She will report directly to CEO Manfred Rudhart.

Part of the managing directors responsibilities is to grow the companys presence and innovation efforts to support specific passenger transport solutions required by local authorities, Governments and passengers in those markets.

Benison will cover the operations in Croatia, Denmark, the Netherlands, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia. During her career she led the transformation of companies in several fields, including engineering, manufacturing and financial services. Most recently she has worked Divisional Chief Executive leading one of two operating divisions for Serco Group in the UK and Europe, the company site states
