Do kraja marta tender za prodaju Laste - U toku izbor konsultantske revizorske kuće
Država planira da do kraja marta objavi prodaju 77% udela u najstarijem transportnom preduzeću u Srbiji – kompaniji Lasta, izjavio je za Tanjug generalni direktor tog preduzeća Toni Gajić, a prenosi RTS.

U toku je izbor konsultantske revizorske kuće koja bi trebalo da do sredine februara proceni imovinu i kapital preduzeća, koje trenutno ima blizu dve hiljade zaposlenih.

Budući kupac će morati da se obaveže da će uložiti sredstva u vozni park preduzeća i da će zadržati isti broj zaposlenih.

Iako je i prošle godine planirana prodaja Laste, čelni ljudi preduzeća su tada tražili da se uradi konverzija poreskih dugovanja od oko 700 miliona dinara u kapital preduzeća.

- To je dug koji je nastao 2004-2005. godine i na njega su stizale kamate. Svakog meseca smo plaćali 13 miliona dinara obaveza. I onda se postavilo pitanje da li ćemo doći do trenutka kada više ne možemo da servisiramo (dug), da zalažemo autobuse kod Poreske uprave ili ćemo ići u stečaj - rekao je Toni Gajić.

Teg koji je ovo preduzeće nosilo bio je težak 550 miliona dinara, a ostatak do 700 miliona činila su druga potraživanja kao i ona prema ćerki firmi Lastri.

Gajić objašnjava da je ceo postupak konverzije proces koji traje dugo, a da je završen u novembru prošle godine prenosom potraživanja u kapital preduzeća. Na taj način se, dodaje, povećalo učešće državnog vlasništva u kompaniji na 77%.

Vlasništvo u ovom preduzeću imaju – Republika Srbija, Akcionarski fond, Grad Beograd, nekoliko lokalnih samouprava, Fond PIO, RFZO, a 23% akcija je u rukama malih akcionara.

Na pitanje da li će posle prodaje objekti i uprava Laste ostati na istoj adresi u Beogradu, Gajić odgovara potvrdno.

Navodi da prema njegovim informacijama, ima zainteresovanih za kupovinu ovog preduzeća, jer Lasta poslednjih godina posluje pozitivno.

Tačna cifra će se znati, kaže Gajić, kada se sravne računu iz 2018. godine.

Kako je eKapija već pisala, Lasta intenzivno radi na proširenju kapaciteta, ugovaranju novih poslova i obnavljanju voznog parka.

The Republic of Serbia plans to put 77% of the oldest transport company in Serbia, Lasta, up for sale by the end of March, the director general of the company, Toni Gajic, told Tanjug, as reported by RTS.

The selection of a consulting and auditing company which should evaluate the property and the capital of the company, which currently employs close to two thousand people, by mid-February, is in progress.

The future purchaser will have to obligate to invest in the company"s rolling stock and keep the number of employees.

Although the sale of Lasta was planned last year, the company"s management asked at the time for a conversion of debts of around RSD 700 million into the company"s capital.

– This debt was incurred 2004-2005 and the interest accrued. Each month, we paid RSD 13 million and it came to the point when we weren"t sure we could keep repaying the debt – Toni Gajic said.

The tax debt amounted to RSD 550 million, and the rest consisted of other debts and debts towards the daughter-company Lastra.

Gajic explains that the entire conversion process took a long time and that it was finalized in November 2018. This way, he adds, the state"s share increased to 77%.

The company is owned by the Republic of Serbia, the Equity Fund, the City of Belgrade, several local self-governments, the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund, the National Health Insurance Fund and small shareholders (23%).

When asked whether the facilities and the management of Lasta will keep the address in Belgrade following the sale, Gajic confirms that they will.

He says that, as far as he knows, there are parties interested in the purchase of the company, as Lasta has been profitable in the past years.

As eKapija previously reported, Lasta is working on expanding its capacities, contracting new jobs and upgrading its rolling stock.
