In compliance to the Law on Privatization from 2001, 15% of the company's capital from every privatized firm is transferred into the Privatized Register, out of which, after completion of privatization, completion of disbursement of free shares to all adult residents of Serbia. In this case, you will also receive one part of these shares.
In the meantime, in case a new law is adopted that will condition privatization of institutions in which you are employed in, it most likely will contain the ability to disburse free shares by the acquired years of seniority with the firm. |
