My firm has already disbursed free shares, but I have not received any. How can I get shares? |

From the year 2001, Law on Privatization conditioned privatization of every firm; it was indebted to following procedures on disbursing free shares to its past and present employees according to their seniority. One part of this procedure was annunciation of public offer of free shares in one of the daily lists (usually political), in which the firm called upon all past and present employees to present themselves at registration of free shares, which fulfilled the prerequisites of law for public offering of free shares.
If you have missed the deadline stated in the public offering, then unfortunately, you cannot obtain free shares from your firm. |
