I heard that the firm, whose shares I possess have launched a public offering for purchasing of shares out of the offering (it is not privatization). How can I buy those shares?
Answer:
Every firm that completes registration of purchased shares out of the offering (recapitalization), is required to put a clasified ad in the paper, defining requirements by which someone can buy these specific shares. In addition, the ad needs to contain specificad there needs to be specific requirements and deadline dates for achieving pre-emption shares (these are the rights of all shareholders of that firm proportional participation in total number of shares).

If you would like to buy shares quoted in the offering and if you have not read the ad, we suggest that you visit the legal or financial department of the firm and find out what is required and expiration dates of when you can register for purchasing of shares. We hope you are not too late.
