What is required to schedule shares trading on the Stock Exchange?
Answer:
In order for the firm's shares to be found on the Stock Exchange, the firm needs to secure these below*:
A document which certifies registration of securities in the Central Register and opening of an issuing account, except in the case that the Stock Exchange already has one on file;
The firm's Prospect for organized trading on the Stock Exchange, for distribution of securities, need to be signed and certified by an outside firm's authorized party, which contain elements regulated by the Securities Commission for Trading. Along with the Prospect you also need to supply a copy of the Commission of Prospect Approval Certificate;
The decision of upper management's petition for connecting to the Stock Exchange Free Market;
Data on caliber, class, series, CFI code and ISIN number of securities (amount)and the number of securities which request solicitation;
A copy of the contract with the agent or issuer protector, if they possess this contract.

Along with the request for connecting securities to the Stock Exchange Free Market, an exchange market applicator requests and produces a contract of participation on the free exchange market, signed by an outside entity.
