I received XX free shares for my ten years of seniority according to Law of Ownership Transformation from 1997, but the remaining 20 years left unusable. Can I get more free shares by the new Law on Privatization?
Answer:
In compliance to the Law on Privatization from 2001, where you can now obtain free shares based on disbursement of shares, which only past and present employees of the specific firm may participate after the tender or auction. On the grounds, that their rights on free shares have never been used in any other firm in accordance to past Law on Privatization from 1997.

Due to this, unfortunately, you do not have rights to obtain free shares by the new law, even if you have not used up your rights through past law.
