How do I buy shares from a firm?
Answer:

First, you need to contact a broker of your choice. The broker will consult you with pleasure, although before he actually starts working with you, he will investigate your financial soundness..

You will decide the maximum price by which you are ready to buy at, since you have an estimate in your mind either through newspapers or by the actual broker himself. Alternativeley you can ask from your broker to operate "the best he can" and purchase a certain number of shares you wanted, or you can ask of him to investigate true prices on the market before you give him your order. As an investor you have a high level of control in your business, don't be afraid to take advantage of that.

You can ask your broker to supply to you in writing what price he has paid for your shares. In any case, you will always give orders and instruction in writing. Once you have placed your order (give an order), yyou are responsible for shares that your broker has purchased in your behalf. You may not change your mind!

In order for your broker to protect himself, before placing an order on the financial market he will require that you deposit a certain sum of money to cover any proxy purchase orders, so that he can use this to pay any bought shares.

Procedures are as following:

The broker receives from you a purchase order in which you specificy the number of shares you wish to buy and by which price you are willing to pay,
You open a dedicated account in the bank, payment of assets in conjunction with the order; you then give authority to the broker to use funds necessary in conjunction with the given order,
The broker opens an owner account for you to be used for transferring of shares upon completion of purchasing,
The broker enters your order in the Stock Exchange system and awaits the moment of trading, and if the order is realized, he notifies you of order completion. Transfer of shares to your ownership account and currency to your dedicated account and then must comply with the Central Register within 3 days of trading day.
