Lafarž-BFC želi da kupi PIM
Beograd -- Agencija za privatizaciju će pregovarati sa kompanijom „Lafarž - Beočinska fabrika cementa„ o prodaji beogradskog Preduzeća za vodne puteve "Ivan Milutinović".
Kako je saopštila Agencija, beočinska cementara je jedina dala ponudu za kupovinu PIM-a na tenderu raspisanom u martu ove godine.

Ponuđena je cena od 16,5 miliona evra za kupovinu imovine PIM-a i prenosa odobrenja za eksploataciju, i 10 miliona evra za investicije, što je i bio uslov za razmatranje ponuda.

Kupac PIM-a će imati obavezu da nastavi delatnost preduzeća u narednih pet godina i da 442 radnika zadrži najmanje tri godine.

Postupak privatizacije PIM-a pokrenut je 2005. godine, kada je Vlada Srbije uvela privremene mere u to preduzeće zbog velikih dugova, ali je prekinut 2008. godine jer menadžment preduzeća nije prihvatio program restrukturiranja koji je ponudio privatizacioni savetnik.

Novi vlasnik će u narednih pet godina morati da nastavi delatnost izvođenja hidrograđevinskih radova, rečni transport, eksploataciju kamena i vađenje šljunka i peska.


"Pay pal" najavio dolazak u 2010.
Beograd -- U Srbiju bi uskoro mogao da dođe sistem za plaćanje preko interneta "Pay pal" koji omogućava bezbednu kupovinu preko interneta, kaže Slobodan Marković.
Marković, savetnik u Ministarstvu za telekomunikacije, kaže da je prema dinamici ekspanzije te kompanije dolazak u Srbiju najavljen za 2010. godinu.

On dodaje i da ne postoje nikakve prepreke da “Pay pal” dođe na naše tržište, već je problem nastao zbog loše reputacije koju je Srbija imala tokom devedesetih i zloupotrebama platnih kartica i internet prevarama.

Marković kaže i da Ministarstvo za telekomunikacije razgovara sa svim nadležnim službama, pa i sa Upravom carina, o tome kako da kupovinu preko interneta učine jeftinijom.

Objašnjavajući način kupovanja preko "Pay pala" Marković navodi da se "korisnik prijavi na sajtu ’Pay pala’ i asocira, to jest poveže svoju platnu karticu sa svojim ’Pay pal’ nalogom i nakon toga može da ide po raznim sajtovima koji nude na internetu razne robe i usluge“.

„Kada se opredele za neku od tih stvari, kao način plaćanja izaberu ’Pay pal’, koji onda izvrši prenos sredstava sa platne kartice korisnika na račun trgovca. Na ovaj način obezbeđuje se da korisnik ne mora da ostavlja svoje podatke o kreditnoj kartici na raznim sajtovima na kojim kupuje, čime se obezbeđuje da ovi osetljivi podaci ne budu zloupotrebljeni", dodaje on.
Podsetimo, ministarka za telekomunikacije Srbije Jasna Matić je nedavno izjavila da će Srbija i Makedonija zajedno poslati zvaničnu notu kompaniji „Pay Pal“ kako bi što pre došla na ovo tržište i ponudila svoje usluge.

Ona je tada rekla i da će se problem carina sam regulisati kako proces pristupanja Srbije EU bude bio ubrzan. „Tome značajno doprinosi i potpisivanje Sporazuma o stabilizaciji i pridruživanju“, rekla je Matić i dodala da će u roku od tri do pet godina carine prema EU potpuno nestati.


ENHL planira 3,5 mil. evra dobiti
Beograd -- Energoprojekt [ENHL] za drugo polugođe predviđa ukupan konsolidovani prihod od 132,2 miliona evra i konsolidovanu bruto dobit od 3,5 miliona. 
Za prvih šest meseci ove godine Energoprojekt je planirao ukupan konsolidovani prihod od 93,1 milion evra i konsolidovanu bruto dobit od četiri miliona evra.

U prvom polugodištu Energoprojekt je ostvario konsolidovani prihod od 85,4 miliona evra, što predstavlja 92 odsto planiranog, dok je konsolidovana bruto dobit bila 8,5 miliona, za 115 odsto viša od planirane.

Holding je objavio i da je do sada ove godine poslovao u granicama planiranih poslovnih ciljeva, kao i da nije bilo materijalnih dogadjaja i transakcija koje bi osetnije uticale na poslovanje.

Poslovnim planom za 2010. planiran je ukupan konsolidovani prihod sistema Energoprojekt u zemlji i inostranstvu od 225,3 miliona evra, što predstavlja 94 odsto planiranog za 2009.

Ukupna konsolidovana bruto dobit sistema Energoprojekt u zemlji i inostranstvu za 2010. godinu planirana je na 7,5 miliona evra, što je 85 odsto planiranog za 2009.

Energoprojekt je poslovni sistem koji okuplja 18 preduzeća u zemlji i više od 40 sopstvenih i mešovitih firmi u inostranstvu.

Tržišna kapitalizacija holdinga Energoprojekt, prema sadašnjoj ceni na srpskom tržištu kapitala, premašuje devet milijardi dinara.


Salford opens dairy in Laktasi on September 22
A contemporary production center where Banja Luka's Mljekara dairy will be moved to will be ceremoniously opened tomorrow in Laktasi in the Republic of Srpska. Construction of the dairy complex with the daily processing capacity of 50 t, which satisfies all the highest standards in the field of dairy industry, as well as HACCP system, was finished in less than two years.

The dairy complex with its main production facility at about 3,200 square meters, state-of-the-art production line and all the necessary accompanying contents, is also equipped with a waste water treatment unit and a plant for processing well water.
The new facility is one more in the series of successfully implemented projects of Energoprojekt Industrija AD.

The investor - Salford fund, that is, Mljekara Banja Luka as the end-user, has hired Energoprojekt Industrija, with which it cooperates for several years now, to prepare the project documentation, collect all the required permits and consents, as well as to run the realization of the whole project (Project Management).


Ikea interested in investing in Serbia
- Ikea is interested in continuing investing in Serbian market by opening a department store and a trade center, and the exact date of commencement of the construction depends on the negotiations on land procurement and how quick the legal and administrative procedures related to obtaining permits will be finished - Ikea PR Manager Milena Vujicic said yesterday.

She said in an interview that Ikea had already invested about 3 million euros over the previous five years through cooperation with domestic furniture manufacturers.

- Investment in the department store and the trade center will amount to 250-300 million euros, which will enable creation of 2,000 new jobs in Serbia - Vujicic pointed out.

According to her, Ikea does not ask for any exclusiveness or special terms when it comes to the purchase of land for construction of the department store and the trade center, but only for fulfillment of certain standards and norms that suit the domestic market trends.

The famous Swedish company is already present in the market of Serbia through a long-time cooperation with domestic furniture manufacturers and direct investments in their production capacities.

Pointing out that "investments in stimulation and improvement of production capacities of domestic furniture manufacturers have reached about 3 million euros", she stated that the value of the contracted works with partners like Simpo in 2010 amounted to 15 million euros.

When asked which circumstances in Serbia she found favorable for the arrival and operations of foreign companies, Vujicic mentioned the size and development perspective of the market, as well as the possibilities of improvement of domestic production.

- There are fields that can be additionally improved and still represent the challenges we face in Serbia. These are, primarily, slow decision making, insufficiently developed infrastructure, as well as complicated bureaucracy and undefined administrative procedures - she said.

Vujicic underlined that it should be expected that Simpo's product assortment be extended soon for the needs of Ikea's export and announced that the production of beds for kids would commence in October.

She added that the negotiations were underway with the representatives of Simpo on commencement of production of an assortment that includes panel furniture (veneer and melamine foil) and textile.


NIS opened offices for minor shareholders in Belgrade and Novi Sad
The Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIS) opened offices yesterday in Belgrade and Novi Sad for work with minor shareholders in order to be able to keep them up to date as adequately and precisely as possible, it is stated on the company's website.

Interested shareholders of NIS may contact the employees in the Belgrade-based office, 52 Milana Rakica Street, or in the office at 12 Narodnog Fronta Street in Novi Sad.

Energoprojekt plans bigger revenue in second half of 2010
- According to its business plan for the second half of the year, Energoprojekt expects to register a total consolidated income of 132.2 million euros and a consolidated gross profit of 3.5 million euros - the holding from Belgrade announced today on its website.

For the first six months of this year, Energoprojekt planned to register a total consolidated income of 93.1 million euros and a consolidated gross profit of 4 million euros.

In the first half of the year, Energoprojekt had the consolidated income of 85.4 million euros, which represents 92% of the planned, while its consolidated gross profit amounted to 8.5 million euros, 115% more than planned.

The holding also announced that it had been operating within the limits of the projected business goals in 2010, as well as that there had been no material events and transactions that could affect the operations more significantly.

According to the business plan for 2010, total consolidated income of Energoprojekt system in the country and abroad is projected at 225.3 million euros, which is 94% of the planned income for year 2009.

Total projected consolidated gross profit of Energoprojekt system in the country and abroad for year 2010 is 7.5 million euros, 85% of the projected profit for year 2009.
