UNIKREDIT: Evro će na kraju 2011. vredeti 117 dinara
Bankarska grupa UniCredit ocenila je da će na kraju ove godine kurs biti oko 117 dinara za jedan evro.

Kako se navodi u analizi te banke za prvo tromesečje 2011. godine, procena kursa srpske valute doneta je na osnovu očekivanja da će tokom ove godine slabljenje dinara prema evru biti manje nego u 2010.

Analitičari te banke su ocenili i da će inflacija u Srbiji na kraju 2011. godine biti 7,5%, što je za 1,5 procentnih poene više od planiranog okvira Narodne banke Srbije.

Godišnja inflacija će dostići najviši nivo na kraju prvog tromesečja, kada će iznositi oko 12%, a potom će početi da slabi, naročito tokom poslednja tri meseca 2011, navodi se u analizi.

Prema proceni analitičara UniCredita, Srbija neće produžiti aranžman sa Međunarodnim monetarnim fondom (MMF) koji ističe u aprilu 2011. godine.


GAZPROMNEFT: Ponuda za akcije NIS-a posle odobrenje Komisije
Ruska kompanija "Gazpromneft" objaviće ponudu za preuzimanje 19,12% akcija "Naftne industrije Srbije" (NIS) od malih akcionara čim dobije odobrenje Komisije za hartije od vrednosti Srbije, kazali su danas u NIS-u.

- Čeka se odluka Komisije i kada "Gazpromneft" dobije odobrenje objaviće ponudu za preuzimanje akcija NIS po ceni od 4,8 EUR za akciju - kazali su agenciji Beta u srpskoj naftnoj kompaniji u kojoj "Gazpromneft" poseduje 51% akcija.

Kako su naveli, ponuda bi trebalo da bude objavljena u štampanim medijima sa tiražom većim od 50.000 primeraka.

Ruski "Gazpromneft" je 14. januara objavio nameru da preuzme 19,12% akcija NIS, koje su u vlasništvu malih akcionara.

"Gazpromneft" se kupoprodajnim ugovorom obavezao da će dve godine nakon kupovine NIS objaviti ponudu za preuzimanje akcija od malih akcionara, po ceni koja nije niža od one koju je dobila Vlada Srbije. Taj rok ističe u februaru 2011. godine.

Generalni direktor NIS-a Kiril Kravčenko kazao je prošle sedmice da će oni koji se odluče da prodaju akcije dobiti 4,8 EUR po akciji, odnosno najmanje 506,48 dinara.

Oko 4,8 miliona građana Srbije besplatno je dobilo 15% akcija NIS-a, odnosno svako je dobio po pet akcija, čija je nominalna vrednost bila 500 dinara po komadu. Bivši i sadašnji zaposleni u NIS-u dobili su ukupno 4,1% akcija te kompanije.

Vlada Srbije vlasnik je 29,9% akcija "Naftne industrije Srbije".

"Gazpromneft" je većinski udeo u NIS-u kupio za 400 mil EUR, uz obavezu da investira oko 550 mil EUR u modernizaciju postrojenja te kompanije do 2012. Ruska držvana kompanije preuzela je upravljanje NIS-om u februaru 2009. godine.

Akcijama NIS-a trguje se na Beogradskoj berzi od 30. avgusta 2010. godine. Najviša zabeležena cena akcija bila je prvog dana trgovanja i iznosila je 550 dinara, a najniža cena zabeležena je 19. septembra 2010. i bila je 442. Cena u trgovanju 20. januara bila je 486 dinara.

Gazprom Neft: Bids for shares of NIS after approval by the Commission
Russian company "Gazprom Neft" will publish the bid for taking over 19.12% shares of the Serbian Oil Industry (NIS) of the small shareholders as soon as thay get the approval of the Commission for Securities of Serbia, said today at the NIS.
