Krušik plastiku AD iz Osečine za 1,93 miliona evra kupila je beogradska firma Konstrakšn plastik (Construction plastic), objavilo je Ministarstvo privrede.
Za taj iznos prodat je državni paket od 97,7 posto Krušik plastike.

Pored firme kupca u postupku prodaje dokumentaciju je otkupila i novopazovačka Moto-plastika, ali nije dala ponudu.

Beogradska firma Metico investment želi da bude jedini vlasnik akcija Luke Beograd, pa je ponudila preuzimanje preostalih 6,35 odsto akcija, po ceni 59,35 dinara po akciji, navodi se u dokumentu objavljenom na Centralnom registru hartija od vrednosti.
Metico je vlasnik 93,65 posto akcija Luke, a ta kompanija je na osnovu sudskog poravnjanja sa kraja prošle godine stekla akcije Luke po ceni od 6,32 dinara.

U dokumentu se navodi da akcije Luke Beograd nisu likvidne, te da je njihova knjigovodstvena vrednost na kraju 2020. godine iznosila 43,44 dinara, dok im je nominalna vrednost 480 dinara.

The regulation aims to eliminate the consequences of the jump in the price of natural gas as a way to mitigate the consequences of the energy crisis in order to ensure a normal supply of all consumers with this energy source, it is said on the government’s website.

It is added that, therefore, it was necessary to provide energy entities, which perform the activity of natural gas supply and wholesale supply, with the right to compensation for the difference in the price of natural gas purchased from imports and the price of natural gas used for calculating the price for resale to suppliers, public suppliers and end customers for November 2021.

Also, it was necessary to provide the right to compensation for the difference in the price of natural gas produced in Serbia compared to November 2021.

– Those energy entities are forced to import this energy source at a price multiple times higher than the price that was in effect that month – it is pointed out.

Snabdevenost lanca benzinskih stanica kompanije NIS je redovna i Rafinerija nafte Pančevo radi u normalnom režimu rada, te na tržište isporučuje sve neophodne naftne derivate bez ikakvog zastoja.
Na benzinskim stanicama NIS-a, koje čine najveću maloprodajnu mrežu u Republici Srbiji, ne postoje ograničenja kada je reč o kupovini goriva. Štaviše, NIS je obezbedio dovoljne zalihe naftnih derivata kako bi domaće tržište bilo redovno snabdeveno čak i u uslovima povećane potražnje.
U Rafineriji nafte Pančevo je u 2021. godini ostvaren rekordan obim prerade sirove nafte i poluproizvoda od 3,9 miliona tona i NIS je spreman da odgovori na potrebe tržišta. I u narednom periodu fokus NIS-a biće na redovnim isporukama svih vrsta goriva i na stabilnosti tržišta u Republici Srbiji.

The dinar is steady against the euro m-o-m, y-o-y and relative to the beginning of the year.

The dinars indicative exchange rate against the dollar fell by 0.1 pct to 106.1438 dinars for one dollar on Thursday.

The dinar was down by 3.3 pct against the dollar m-o-m and by 8.1 pct y-o-y, declining by 2.1 pct relative to the beginning of the year.

Cena gasa u Evropi ponovo je porasla na skoro 1.900 dolara za 1.000 kubnih metara tokom današnjeg trgovanja, prema podacima sa londonski ICE berze.
Ugovori za isporuku gasa u aprilu (fjučers ugovori) sklapani su na TTF čvorištu u Holandiji po ceni od 1.890 dolara za hiljadu kubika, što je 165,99 evra po MWh prema trenutnom kursu evro/dolar, izveštava Tas s.
