Javni dug Srbije na kraju februara smanjen na 51,6% BDP-a
Javni dug Srbije je smanjen na kraju februara ove godine na 30,42 milijarde evra u odnosu na januarski nivo od 30,57 milijardi, objavilo je danas Ministarstvo finansija.
Udeo javnog duga u bruto domaćem proizvodu (BDP) spustio se sa januarskih 51,8 procenata na 51,6 posto na kraju drugog meseca 2022. godine.

Učešće javnog duga u BDP-u zemlje iznosilo je na kraju 2021. godine 56,5 odsto, prema podacima iz tabele Ministarstva finansija.


Današnji kurs dinara 117,7568 za evro
Zvanični srednji kurs dinara prema evru iznosi danas 117,7568 dinara za evro, što je neznatna promena u odnosu na ponedeljak, objavila je Narodna banka Srbije.
Dinar je prema evru slabiji za 0,1 posto na mesečnom nivou i u odnosu na početak godine, dok je na godišnjem slabiji za 0,2 procenta.

Indikativni kurs dinara prema dolaru je pao u ponedeljak za 0,5 posto na 107,1003 dinara za dolar.


Na prodaju fabrika betona sa laboratorijom u Smederevu
Stečajni upravnik preduzeća Jugovo Company iz Smedereva je oglasio prodaju imovine javnim nadmetanjem.

Predmet prodaje je nepokretna i pokretna imovina koju čine: zgrada za proizvodnju kamena, šljunka, peska i građevinskog materijala odnosno fabrika betona površine 555 m2 i laboratorija sa radionicom, površine od 429 m2. Početna cena prvog objekta je 1.794.328 dinara, a druge zgrade 2.998.162 dinara.

Za učešće je potrebno otkupiti prodajnu dokumentaciju kao i uplatiti depozit, čiji iznos za prvu nepokretnost je 717.731 dinara, a za drugu 1.199.265 dinara.

Javno nadmetanje održavće se 5. maja u zgradi Privrednog suda u Požarevcu.

What are the new reasons for initiation of forced liquidation, and what is the role of the voting advisor/property manager and institutional investor, are just some of the topics discussed at the working breakfast held last week in organization of the Slovenian Business Club and Law firm Stankovic & Partners.

Danijela Fisakov, President of the Slovenian Business Club welcomed all the guests in her opening speech. Afterwards, the representatives from different industries were addressed by lawyers Andjelka Radovanovic, Mitar Simonovic and Luka Marosiuk on behalf of the Law firm Stankovic & Partners.

Andjelka Radovanovic dedicated part of her presentation to new obligations for the persons with special duties in a company, compensation fees for the director and members of the supervisory board in public joint stock companies and new reasons for forced liquidation. Mitar Simonovic spoke about new obligations for all commercial entities in respect of their seat and eGovernment, new provisions regarding accession of the new shareholder to the limited liability company, as well as the amendments in terms of a possibility for the executive directors in the joint stock companies to be limited by co-signature, along with new commercial offences and penalties.

Purchase of a bankruptcy debtor as a legal entity, possibility to appoint a legal entity as the only legal representative of the company, consequences of nullity of the share transfer agreement, changes to the joint stock companies, such as what exactly can emission premium be used for, novelties in terms of approved capital, possibility of public joint stock companies to increase fixed capital through conversion of debt, right of the company to identify ultimate shareholders, as well as the differences between end users, shareholders and intermediaries, obligations of the company in the process of forced repurchase of shares, are some of the topics covered by Luka Marosiuk.

Dvogodišnja državna obveznica danas na aukciji
Država će danas na aukciji prodati dvogodišnju državnu obveznicu denominovanu u dinarima, po kuponskoj stopi od 2,75 odsto, najavila je Uprava za javni dug.
Planirano je ponovno otvaranje emisije od 18. januara 2022. godine, a predviđeni obim prodaje je pet milijardi dinara.


Investicioni fond iz Londona KUPIO SRPSKI "GOMEX"
Investicioni fond CEECAT Capital, objavio je da preuzima većinski udeo u trgovačkom lancu Gomex u Srbiji. Vrednost preuzimanja nije saopštena.

“Želimo da investiramo u kompanije koje imaju potencijal da postanu regionalni lideri u svojoj osnovnoj industriji. Naš cilj je da pomognemo u stvaranju mogućnosti da Gomex ispuni svoj potencijal, da se pojavi kao nacionalni lider u maloprodaji prehrambenih proizvoda u formatu za susedstvo”, rekao je Entoni Stalker, partner u CEECAT Capital-u.
Investicija u Gomex je prva investicija CEECAT Capital-a u Srbiji. Fond je fokusiran na rastuća tržišta u Evropi i Aziji, kao i na ulaganja mala i sredednja preduzeća. Registrovani su u Londonu.

Gomex je osnovan 1997. godine u Zrenjaninu, navodi se na sajt APR. Kompanija je prvo zabeležila značajniji prodor u region Vojvodine, a potom se proširilia i u Srbiji. Zapošljavaju oko 2.500 ljudi.

The Serbian dinars official median exchange rate against the euro is 117.7568 dinars for one euro on Tuesday, which is a slight change from Monday, the National Bank of Serbia said.
BELGRADE - The Serbian dinars official median exchange rate against the euro is 117.7568 dinars for one euro on Tuesday, which is a slight change from Monday, the National Bank of Serbia said.

The dinar is down by 0.1 pct against the euro m-o-m and relative to the beginning of the year, and down by 0.2 pct y-o-y.

The dinars indicative exchange rate against the dollar was down by 0.5 pct to 107.1003 dinars for one dollar on Monday.

The dinar was down against the dollar by 0.4 pct m-o-m and by 6.7 pct y-o-y, declining by 3.5 pct relative to the beginning of the year.


Air Serbia and Italian ITA Airways Expand Codeshare Agreement
Air Serbia and ITA Airways further expanded their codeshare cooperation, signed in November last year, only a month after the flights of the current Italian national airline were commenced.

– Thanks to the partnership upgrade, passengers will have access to more options for booking flights to destinations in the networks of the Serbian and Italian national airlines – Air Serbia announced.

Air Serbia will place its JU flight code (marketing code) on additional in-country flights of ITA Airways, via Rome, to cities such as Bologna, Florence, Naples, Reggio Calabria and Verona, as well as flights to international destinations - Barcelona, Cairo, Malta and Tel Aviv, the press release specifies.

Marketing codes of the Serbian national airline are also available on ITA Airways flights via Rome to Athens, Bari, Brindisi, Genoa, Catania, Lamezia Terme, Palermo, Tirana, Turin, Trieste and Venice.

In addition to routes to Milan and Rome, ITA Airways will place its marketing code on direct Air Serbia flights between Belgrade and Venice, as well as flights via the Serbian capital to Dubrovnik, Pula and Split.

The marketing codes of the Italian airline are also available on Air Serbia flights to Athens, Banja Luka, Bucharest, Ljubljana, Podgorica, Sarajevo, Sofia, Skopje, Thessaloniki, Tivat and Tirana, the press release says.

– With the introduction of new codeshare flights, we will further contribute to the improvement and strengthening of cultural and economic ties between our countries, while providing our passengers a more attractive offer and quicker connections – stated Boško Rupić, General Manager, Commercial and Strategy, Air Serbia.

Thanks to the improved partnership, passengers will be able to more easily reach destinations such as Malta, Cairo and Tel Aviv, which Air Serbia doesnt currently fly to.

Trips to Malta are also available via Rome, thanks to the Serbian airlines partnership with Air Malta, while Cairo and Tel Aviv are accessible via Air Serbias flights to Istanbul, through a codeshare partnership with Turkish Airlines.

Flights within the expanded codeshare agreement are available for booking.
