Letove između Beograda i Njujorka obavlja najveći avion u floti Er Srbije, erbas A330 koji nosi ime čuvenog srpskog naučnika i pronalazača Nikole Tesle.
Er Srbija će zbog povećane potražnje letova između Beograda i Njujorka, od predstojeće zimske sezone broj letova na toj liniji povećati sa uobičajena dva na tri leta nedeljno, najavio je srpski avio-prevoznik.

Planirano je da letovi između ta dva grada budu svakog utorka, četvrtka i nedelje.

Na naftnim tržištima je poslednjih nedelja zabeležena visoka volatilnost cena pod uticajem zabrinutosti da bi preteća recesija mogla da nagrize potražnju, pada dolara sa njegovih rekodrnih nivoa i znakova da je fizički raspoloživa ponuda "crnog zlata" i dalje nedovoljna.
Cene nafte drže se danas znatno iznad 100 dolara po barelu nakon što su u ponedeljak zabeležile najveći jednodnevni rast od maja, usled uznemirenosti trgovaca zbog zaoštravanja situacije s tržišnom ponudom.

Mejunarodno referentna nafta Brent ojačala je jutros za 0,08 posto na 106,4 dolara po barelu, a cena američke WTI nafte je porasla za 0,31 procenat na 102,8 dolara za barel na trgovanju do 9:23 časa po našem vremenu, prema podacima sa portala oilprice.com.

The ambassador of the Czech Republic, Tomas Kuchta, stated for Real Estate Magazine that the Czech company SEBRE plans the reconstruction of the “Avala Film” complex and to bring it back among the main film production centers in Europe, as well as that the project had been given the status of a “Project of Extraordinary Significance for the Republic of Serbia”. Along with the film studio, as he said, the plan is to build around 3,000 apartments for 8,000 people.

– The Czech investor, the company SEBRE, is coming with the plan to bring back the film studio among the main centers of film production in Europe, that is, where Avala Film belonged until the 1990s. SEBRE has planned out the modernization and the transfer of knowledge from active European film studios, such as the film studio Barrandov in Prague. The aim is to produce new movies and digitize old ones – Kuchta said in the interview.

As he explained, the entire complex covers over 40,000 square meters, and obsolete and non-functional facilities are planned to be fully modernized.

– The project got the status of a “Project of Extraordinary Significance for the Republic of Serbia” in December 2019 – pointed out the Czech ambassador.

He added that the investment in film studios was related to the project of a residential settlement, with special focus on the high quality of environmental protection.

– The author of the residential zone is the prominent Czech architect Stanislav Fiala, a recipient of a range of awards in the Czech Republic, among which are architect of the year, building of the year etc. The residential project envisages the construction of around 3,000 apartments for 8,000 people, including a school, a kindergarten and a health center – Kuchta said.
Let us remind that citizen activists protested on several occasions during the early public review of the urban plan for the “Avala Film” space, claiming that the construction of a residential complex in that area entailed the cutting of the forest in Kosutnjak.

The owner of “Avala Film” responded at the time that their construction plan was not in the area of Park Kosutnjak, which is in public use, but in “a neglected area”, on the other side of Kneza Viseslava Street, which currently features film studios.

Air Serbia continues to expand its operations in the United States market, and starting in April 2023, it will commence direct flights between Belgrade and Chicago (O’Hare Airport – ORD). Chicago will be the second U.S. destination in Air Serbia’s network, and the Serbian national airline plans to operate flights on this route two times a week.

Also, as the company announced, due to increased demand for flights between Belgrade and New York, starting from the upcoming winter season, Air Serbia will increase the number of flights on this route from the usual two flights a week to three flights a week. The Serbian national airline will be operating flights between these two cities every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, the press release says.

With the introduction of Belgrade – Chicago flights, for the first time after 32 years, the capital of Serbia will be directly connected to the American city where approximately 350 thousand residents of Serbian origin reside, as well as a large number of residents hailing from other countries of former Yugoslavia, as well as neighboring Balkan countries, which are well-connected with Belgrade via the regional Air Serbia network.

Thanks to the recommencement of trans-Atlantic flights six years ago, Air Serbia again enabled connections between the region and the United States of America, after a pause of almost two and a half decades. Since the re-establishment of the air connection to the U.S. to May of this year, the national airline has carried a total of 383,324 passengers on the Belgrade – New York route.

Na tržištu akcija je najveći promet, u iznosu od 2,6 miliona dinara, ostvarila kompanija Metalac iz Gornjeg Milanovca, ali uz oštar pad cene za 4,7 procenata na 1.601 dinar.
Promet na Beogradskoj berzi skočio je danas na 221.6 miliona dinara (približno 1,9 miliona evra) zahvaljujući trgovanju državnim dužničkim hartijama, dok su indeksi nastavili silazni trend.

BELEX 15 je pao za 0,7 posto na 839,43 poena, a BELEXlajn je oslabio za više od 0,6 odsto na 1.678,98 poena.
