BEOGRAD - Beogradski Aerodrom "Nikola Tesla" danas je dočekao sedmomilionitog putnika u ovoj godini, kome su direktor Aerodroma Fransoa Berizo i izvršni direktor za saobraćaj avio-kompanije Air Serbia Milan Malović uručili vaučer za besplatno povratno putovanje za destinaciju po izboru.

Putnik je Aleksandra Kandić iz Valjeva, a putovala je direktnim letom nacionalnog avio-prevoznika Er Srbija za Lisabon, saopštio je Beogradski aerodrom.

"Sa velikim zadovoljstvom ćemo dočekati više od sedam miliona putnika u ovoj godini, posebno s obzirom na činjenicu da smo prevazišli rekord od 6,2 miliona putnika u prepandemijskoj 2019. Ovom rezultatu je, u najvećoj meri, doprinela kompanija Er Srbija koja ove godine takođe beleži rekordan broj putnika i novih linija, kao i značajan saobraćaj ostalih partnerskih avio-kompanija", rekao je Berizo.

PARIS - Expo 2027 Belgrade CEO Dusan Borovcanin presented a report on Serbias preparations for Expo 2027 and the events new identity in Paris on Tuesday.

"Our new identity reflects a deep and timeless connection between Belgrade and its rivers," Borovcanin said at the 173rd Bureau International des Expositions (BIE) General Assembly, noting that Belgrade was "a unique European capital lying on the estuary of two international rivers."

He said the Serbian government had declared Expo 2027 Belgrade a project of national significance and the Ministry of Finance as the investor.

The government has also set up an executive committee that includes all relevant state, public and private representatives, as well as four subgroups - for legal affairs, financial affairs, monitoring of facility construction and implementation of public relations, marketing and promotional activities.

The report says that, following the issuance of a building permit, ground filling and flattening works had begun on a site in the Belgrade municipality of Surcin and that construction of the Expo 2027 Belgrade complex itself would start by end-2023.”
